Great choice. Bought for senior citizen who did not want complicated settings and numerous cycles. This machine is large, and does a great job with minimal complexity. Perfect machine for him.

I have had this washer and dryer set for over a year now and it working great. I think it’s good basic model and does the job well.

So far so good. Our old washer which wasn't really old only 4 years, was sort of irritating.Once you started the cycle and need to add an item you'd have to pause and then wait for it to unlock. with this washer you can add items any time up to the spin cycle. I also wanted one with an agitator and not a lot of electronics. this oe is perfect for my needs.

We needed a new washer when our previous one started to leak. We are living in a rental home offered by generous friends who have kept the rent the same for four years and didn't want to ask them to purchase a new washer. The Amana washer was a good solution. It works just fine, has a larger capacity than the removed washer, and was easy on the wallet. The delivery team was great. In and out in less than 30 minutes and very Covid-19 safe.

Hugh capacity. You can wash more than 1 rug at a time. You can wash your hugh comforters.

This is the perfect washing machine for the price! It does just what you need it to do - quietly and efficiently. It doesn't allow you to leave the lid open as the water fills so using liquid detergent it's the easiest if you want to add the detergent before you fill up with the clothes.

The washer worked as advertised. Needed something small and compact that carried a punch and this was perfect. Strongly recommended. Looked at several different brands all claiming superiority but for value this washer took the prize. It’s actually a work horse considering it’s small compact size. An overall winner.

We’ve had it for going on 2 years now and we still love it. It does exactly what we need without all the extra fancy stuff.

This washer is UNCOMPLICATED, Simple, Easy to operate and for a washer.....it's quiet. I'm 5 ' 2" ...... I can EASILY reach into and grab stuff from the bottom of the tub without using a step stool. I do a load once a week and I have the Settings 'fixed' so that all I do is put my stuff in, add detergent and push start! I'm Very satisfied with this washer and I hope to soon save enough $ to get the dryer. (:

Love this washer. Cleans great and not too loud. Has plenty of room for large loads.

I bought this on clearance sale, slightly marked. It's an average washer; and it does the job. Positive features: It's quiet; easy to use and program. Negative features: too long for the entire wash cycle, compared to my Maytag; unable to unlock after initial wash cycle; cylinder barrel is wobbly.

This washer is really easy to use. It cleans well and very quiet.

When we moved into our home, we needed a washer and dryer, but didn't need all the bells and whistles. We purchased the matching pair of Amana washer/dryer, and they are both great for the price. The washer works as it should and has the presets we need. The end spin cycle can be a little noisy, but I believe that's fairly standard with washers, and our laundry room is in our garage so we can't really hear it at all anyway. It really speeds up the drying time as well helping to cut down on energy costs.

This washer is perfect for what I need. It is a simple, basic machine at an affordable price. It gets clothes clean and runs quietly. I like that it doesn't have a lot of extra bells and whistles, The deliverymen were fast, professional, and on time.
