I have been pleasantly surprised at how good this washer is. It was the least expsenive one we could find so I was sure I would just be not surprised at how well this washer works. It is very quiet and the no frills options are working well for me.

I read lots of reviews before purchasing this washer, so there were no surprises. As pointed out, it makes funny noises, runs a long time, and leaves more water in the clothes, etc., than older washers, requiring longer drying time. But the clothes are clean, which it the main thing. The order, the delivery and and the installation were handled beautifully.

Had these for a while now, works great does the trick to getting my clothes clean.

I was expecting a low quality washer for it being so inexpensive but I was completely wrong. Nothing to be desired if you're looking for something to simply wash clothes. Not as many settings as the expensive ones but that's to be expected.

This washer is exactly as advertised. No frills, no sexy display, if you feel like dropping a grand on a washer with smart functions then you probably can afford a maid to the laundry for you. This does the job at a VERY affordable price

I bought this machine because I was on a budget. It does a fantastic job of getting my clothes clean and operation is super quiet. My only complaint is that the controls are all digital, meaning you can't choose a half-cycle, rinse only, etc. Oh, and if you open the lid any time during the wash it adds more water and time to the cycle. However, it's a great value for the price and definitely does the job it's supposed to do.

Bought this unit at Thanksgiving. It was a model that still has an agitator. It was on sale and for the price it is a good buy. Much quieter than our 15yr old model. I can recommend.

We bought this very inexpensive washer because we needed to replace a front loader that cost four times as much and died in year four. This one cleans just as well despite being a top loader. It's too soon to determine the durability of this machine, but we do at least one load a day and it's going strong so far.

If your on a budget buy it not only does it get the job done it doesn’t take long.

I purchased this washer in February 2022. I had only used it a few times since I’m primarily out of town for extended periods of time for work. However, the times I did use it, the washing machine would barely spin when washing the clothes. It moves extremely slow and makes a strange sound, and the clothes are not getting clean. It leaves compacted dirt on the clothes. The only time it spins somewhat fast is in the rinse cycle. I’ve never had a high efficiency washer prior to buying this one so I thought maybe that’s just how these washers work. However, I found out that my sister has the exact same washer and hers works normally! By then, my manufacturer warranty was almost expired so I quickly called them to have someone repair it. The tech said that the motor went out and would have to be replaced. He replaced the motor and it appeared to be running fine we he tested it. I then went out of town for a couple of months and when I came back, once again, it was doing the exact same thing it was doing before the repair. Now the warranty is expired and I now have to either pay someone to repair it or buy a new machine. This was a waste of money.

Affordable and it does the job. Many thick blankets and clothes have been put through the process.

I’ve owned this washer for 2 months. I wold recommend it if you are looking for a simple easy washer. I had previously owned a very expensive front load washer, and after that failed only after 8 years I decided to save some money and go with one without all the special features. So far glad that I did. It’s working just fine. A little noisy, but quick and clothes seem to be just as clean as with my previous one. The only problems I had were with the delivery from Best Buy. I purchased from them because I had good luck in the past with them. This time it was not good. Between having my delivery rescheduled 4 times, and getting my washer 2 1/2 weeks after I was told I would have it, I had a lot of misinformation given. Every time I was told the washer was in stock and even one representative told me in a not too nice voice that not to worry about it as she showed it was in stock so yes it will be delivered. Another representive told me she was sorry for my troubles and would make it up with a gift card, however never heard back from her. On the last attempt at delivery I again was told it was not available however delivery driver was going to research further, as he could tell I was really upset. Luckily he found one at another store, and did deliver that day. I would’ve loved to actually speak with a manager at the local store, but was told at the 1-800 # the stores do not take phone calls. I was advised they would send a message to the store for manager to call me back, but never at any time did I hear back from them. The thing that was so frustrating about this whole experience was that I had researched this washer at another location as well. Best Buy, I had previous good experience with, and they could deliver one day sooner than other retailer. I had a teenager in high school activities almost daily that 2 weeks, and I had to wash his uniform almost every night. Running to a family members house just about nightly to borrow their washer was exhausting, and an undue burden on them. I would give this washer a great review had it not been for the service I got from Best Buy.

Haven’t had the unit long yet but We needed a no nonsense budget friendly washer that would do a good job and so far this model has been more than adequate. The delivery was prompt and as booked with very good installation. We are quite happy so far.
