This washer was very easy to install, hot and cold water hoses, drain pipe, and plug it in it's ready to go. It does do a very good job of cleaning the clothes, and it is quiet compared to my previous washer, but what I don't like is all this new technology. My old washer- select load size(small, medium, large), then cold, warm or hot water and what type of laundry(whites, colors, or permanent press), turn it on and you're done. Now there is load sensing and a few other features I don't use which to me is more stuff that costs more to buy and more stuff to break, which also costs more to fix. I prefer the old fashion simple methods which worked very well, but I am still happy with this.

Second one purchased. Worth every dollar spent!!!!

I am on a fixed income and grateful for a deal. Now I need a frigerator but must wait awhile. The seal on it is giving way. Always something. Yes I like Best Buy.

I recently purchased the washer. Best Buy matched the sales price of a competitor. This my first time owning an Amana washer and so far it works great. It's not as loud as my old washer, which I truly appreciate.

I love this washer. It gets our clothes noticeably cleaner than the $739.00 GE one that broke down after just 4 years. I comparison shopped lots of brands. Most were more than I wanted to spend. I wanted something dependable and relatively inexpensive. A friend has this washer and is very pleased with it. I went ahead and bought it based on reviews and the recommendation. Very, very pleased with the performance. And if it breaks down in a few years, I didn't pay an arm and a leg for it.

Good product. Easy setup. A little hard to adapt to HE device after years with a “normal” (mechanical) device. Just add soap, add clothes and select the cycle you need. Mine does not have the fabric softener dispenser but once it completes a cycle we add it diluted in water and use the rinse/spin cycle and this will complete the work.

This washer is built to be a workhorse with a strong, steady operation. It has, thus far, managed to clean, first pass-through several loads of heavily soiled clothes that had built up while wr waited over the last month or so; after our old washer gave out. We purchased it at s great price.

So many of these new and high tech washers don't get clothes clean! This one does a good job and seems to be easy on them. I did have a drawstring get caught on the slits on the agitator entangling my clothes. I don't know if they (slits) serve a purpose or not but I'd try to eliminate them if I was designing the agitator. This is very minor. It was a very good buy and I would definitely buy it again if I had it to do over. I love the fact that the cycles allow for a second rinse.

Bought this machine for my mom's live-in caregivers. It is used every day with great results. The delivery and installation were done by courteous and knowledgeable professionals. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a good product for the price that I paid. The only drawback is the lack of a fabric softener dispenser. I have to stop the machine and unlock the lid in the final rinse cycle to add it.

Bought the set almost a year ago because it was the cheapest I could find. Great service. I picked it up myself and all I had to do was pull up in front of the store and they came out and loaded the set in my pickup truck. Like the dryer, it has more features than my old Maytag and is very quiet. It was easy to install, came with detailed owners manual, does a good job and is very easy to operate.

I live with a couple of guys, and we can be hard on laundry equipment. This was a replacement for a machine that died, and it performs the job better than the front loader setup that cost me twice as much.
