The washer replaced a 12 year old unit that required talking to it nicely to work. Moms 89th birthday present. It had to be easy for her to operate yet do the job. This machine did that. In addition the washer the two men that took out the old washer and installed the new were courteous and neat. They reviewed the washer with her and took the time to individually wish her a happy birthday. I have purchased 2 sets of kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and now this washer over the last 3 years. Best Buy has lived up to their name every time. Price, on time delivery, and professional service.

My older washer had started to leak water from the bottom, so I did some research, read reviews, and then settled on the Amana Top Load Washer. I like this Amana, it does the job that I purchased it for. It's so easy to use; just put in the washing detergent or pod or pac, put clothes in and then push the button to start the washer.

I used it for the first time today and it was great! Just a teensy bit louder than I was expecting, but it gets the job done. I love it!

I am happy with my washing machine so far, attractive, however, a bit of a change from my old Whirlpool which allowed filling with the lid up. Used it once, the only thing is I expected a softener dispenser and it doesn't have one.

This washer has a nice appearance In the space. It is noticeably quieter than our previous Washer. The clothes are clean and smell fresh.
