This is a great washer and super quite. It has a sensor for a water fill and seems a lot bigger that it looks. I would recommend to anyone for the price. Just what I needed.

This is a great budget washing machine. No fancy bells and whistles but it can fit a lot of items and it gets everything clean.

Simple, easy to use. Clothes are clean and nearly dry when done. The only thing I am not a fan of is putting the detergent in, clothes on top, and then you have to close the lid for the water to start filling. I would prefer to be able to have some water in the bottom of the washer before adding my detergent.

Works good after I had to have a Amana repair person come because Best Buy delivery people don't know how to fix the problem. I would have to say Best Buys return policy stinks, I didn't even have this washer in my house for 3 weeks and they told me it was passed the return policy so you have to deal with Amana. I would recommend the washer but not purchasing from Best Buy.

This machine was very rough on delicate clothes right from the beginning of use. Water valve very noisy causing water pipes to bang. After two years of use I noticed grease stains on clothes. Shortly after the transmission failed. Would not recommend this machine.

Had an earlier version of this washer for 5 years. Moved from Dallas TX to New Tampa FL to Port Richey FL with great operating capacity and no issues. According to the appliance mechanic and the manufacturer, the motherboard had failed. This washer had its first failure and it died. It was like a friend and reliable partner had gone. Best Buy had a matching washer and delivered it the next day. We were saved. The price was right and the salesman got it done during the last 20 minutes of the store hours. Unbelievable support in the shortest time.

It is louder than my much older one this replaced. It seems to work as it should. I don't regret buying this one. Its one of the less expensive ones for sure. For the price it's a good buy. The thing is a bit too sensitive when the load is just a bit off balance... like to bang bang bang alot...

Good value washing machine. There are a couple of things I dont like. I don't like how that lid locks when washing and there is nowhere to put fabric softener. It does the job though. One more thing I have to add. After about 2 months of having it, it started to make a whistling noise while it is spinning. Sounds like it need a new belt but I dont see how and its brand new.

Fast efficient washing. Great unit for the money. Works just as good as more expensive units.

Works well for exactly 4 years. I purchased this washer through another vendor four years ago and the drum started getting loud for heavier loads six months after the 4 year mark. Found this same washer at BestBuy at much lower price. It still made sense to buy a new one vs. paying someone to fix the old washer. However, BestBuy is VERY picky about water shut off valves. The technicians refused to install the washer until I "upgraded" my valves. They are the same valves as the install 4 years ago so depending on the technician you get, you may end up paying more for installation/plumber as they have strict requirements on shutoff valves. That's what happened to me. So, just take in account extra fees of hiring your own maintenance person or plumber to install because BestBuy has on repeated occasions refused to install if it doesn't meet a very strict protocol.

Loud but def gets the job done. Cheap but sturdy and built to run longevity

Just purchased online and had delivered. It was delivered in timely fashion and the driver I spoke to on the phone was kind and professional. I wasn't home for the delivery but my roommate was. When he unboxed the washer, he found one of the feet was bent and a dent in that area. He did the hook up and said it went without issues. We have been using it and found that it makes strange sounds going from one stage to the next in the wash cycle. It also didn't come with a fabric softener dispenser so having to add fabric softener is a pain. Each wash cycle takes about 45 mins compared to the old washer of 30mins. But the locking lid feature is the only thing that is helpful since there are small kids in the house.

When you go To all the others, but none can deliver your item on your time frame, go to Best Buy! Did it all online. Set up the day and time I wanted my machine, and it was delivered when we wanted. Installed and old machine removed. Very happy with my purchase!

Large capacity no nonsense machine . Easy to use with minimum unnecessary features

The washer is basic. It does a good job washing clothes, towels, etc. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the loud noise it makes in auto sensing mode. Sounds like someone is getting beat up. Very loud.

Good overall product but no place for fabric softener to be placed. Very good for the price though.

Very efficient washer and priced right. I would recommend this washer for others.
