The only thing I don't like about this washer is that the lid stays locked when it's on rinse mode so I can't add fabric softener. Everything else works great.makes no noise when in use.

This washer is worth buying. It's very quiet, and works perfectly for my needs. Great deal compared to other brands.

The drum capacity is smaller than my Whirlpool and has a real plasticy, shower curtain smell for at least the following couple of weeks. It's nice and quiet, but is it just me or do other people get annoyed by the sound the new energy saving cycles make? Same story with the Amana dishwasher. Maybe I just miss the consistent rhythm of the old cycles.

I purchased the washer and dryer set for myself and my parents. The washer has a large capacity. There are just the right amount of settings on this unit. I use it on autosense every time and it washes everything well. Note that the lid has to be closed to start the unit. You can't start it and put detergent first and then clothes. You have to put the clothes and detergent, close the lid and then start the washer.

Very pleased with well made, American made, Amana washing machine. It does a great job and is easy to operate. I like the feature that it automatically regulates the amount of water for the wash, when you have it on those special settings, so if I am doing a small, or medium wash, I don't have to decide which to set it for, it regulates it for me. It has a good size tub, that does a big wash and has settings for bulky items. Very pleased with its performance.

So far so good and easy to use, just wish it had a fabric softener dispenser.

This is simple to use. You dont need a computer science degree to do the laundry. washes closes well. Good machine

I ordered this washing machine to replace an old machine that finally wasn't worth repairing. This new machine is very simple to use due to a limited number of settings (which I like). Long-term reliability is not known but it does seem to be well-built and I hope to get many years of service from the machine.

For a basic washer, this one does the trick. Automatic sensor fill for water is great to have.

Just the right size for two. Works well, Cleans good. We are happy with the purchase and the delivery.

It's basic and easy to use. The dials are simple so there's no worry that the digital panel will go wonky. The auto-sensing is cool but we've got to trust the machine is getting it right. One thing I don't like is that you're unable to open the lid when the water is filling which is annoying if you want to add an item or clean out the detergent cup.
