well built, very good capacity. the previous unit finally wore out, so replacement wasneccessary. since the previous washer was an amana, we stuck with what works. this is an excellant washer.

It is a very good washer. It’s very quiet and it doesn’t make a lot of noise while running. I am quite satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a washer.

Seems like a decent washer but it doesn't come with a fabric softener dispenser. I didn't think to check for that when ordering as I thought ALL washers came with that. It can be bought for about $15 to add on though.

It's a great washer but I prefer putting my clothes in after the water fills.

I love, love, love this washing machine. I especially like the water sensor, and a large stainless steel tub that I was able to wash my king size comforter in. The delivery person was kind and courteous, removing the old washer and putting in the new one.

Deep cycle wash fills up like washing machines should. You can completely turn off the water sensing feature and get a wash with plenty of water. This machine really gets the clothes clean. I was very pleased and ordered another one for another house.

Our old washer was 17 years old. This new Amana with water sensing is so wonderful. The energy efficiency is showing and the 1 touch operation has made doing laundry a breeze. Will be looking for matching dryer very soon. Best buy is always been my go to

The only issue I have with this washer Does not have a location for softener

The washer is a great buy. It works well getting the clothes clean. However, it does take around an hour for a load to complete and I really dislike the sensing feature to determine how much water needs to be used. It might save me on water...but I'm sure the electric bill will make up the difference.

overall happy with the Amana washer. Quality of the wash is good. Not a lot of bells and whistles but I think sometimes those extras aren't even used or needed. I would recommend it if you are in the market for an affordable machine.

Love the American made. The height is slightly shorter than my dryer, but this is very handy for me. Love the sound of the washer. It happens to be a lot quieter than the old (other brand). It is performing very well.

With the features it makes it appear as a more expensive model. Has auto water fill to adjust to the load too!

I've had my new Amana washer for a few weeks now and I could not be more pleased. It works great and is very quiet. I was pleased with the price I got and with my delivery. I will definitely shop at Best Buy for my upcoming appliance purchases.

I love my new washer. I have never used a washer with "auto sensing" dial. I love this option and I use it every time I wash a load of clothes no matter the weight or load size. What this setting does (for me anyway, my opinion) is saving me water. It measures the load weight and adds water according, it will auto sense the load and add water during the wash/rinse cycle. There is also a "deep water wash" setting too you can use and that setting fills the tub fully with water and washes/agitates regular-like. For the mere fact of auto sensing I love this washer. It regulates the water level and the agitate cycle that the clothes need for a great wash experience. And I believe it is saving me water each time I wash a load (small or large) I am not an expert in washing machine mechanics!!! but I love that I am saving water with each load and my washer is doing all the guess work. MY OPINION a great deal all the way around for me!

I am surprised how noisy this machine is from fill cycle all the way through to the clunking and banging spin cycle. The spin cycle leaves the clothes very wet. I will say this machine cleans better than my previous GE frontload...just about the only positive thing I can say.

It's a pretty simple to use appliance, which was the actual goal for this purchase. It was purchased for a man with developmental disabilities and he has no issues with using the washer. I do have an issue though with the locking mechanism on this. It's very annoying and tedious the way you have to stop the washer for it to unlock. Like if the washer is poorly loaded (with too much weight on one side), it just takes too long having to stop it before I can open the lid. Because of that design, I'm removing a star.

Features are simple and not complicated. Great for anyone who doesn't want all the bells and whistles and just wants clean clothes. Bought for brother-in-law who lives alone and prefers something that is ready to go compared to trying to launch a rocket. Perfect for anyone looking for just basics.
