Good washer for a great value. Works great for a top loader. Holds a good amount

Needed a new one didn't want to spend a lot of money. Got this one on sale very nice and quiet and gets the job done . I did buy the dryer that matches as well love them both.

This washer is quiet and does a good job cleaning clothes. I like the water level sensing feature. My only complaint is it is difficult to add fabric softener. If I had it to do over I would choose the model that allows you to add the fabric softener at the beginning of the wash.

I am very happy with my new Amana washer. My previous expensive washer, with a zillion settings and controls, was a major headache. It broke down in less than 2 years. The Amana is easy to use, has fewer settings and does a very good job washing clothes. And it was reasonably priced.

I've had this washer two years and it's still working great. Needed one quickly and Best Buy came through. I love having options for load size, Rinse Only (for prerinse of the really dirty stuff), and especially the Deep Water feature. Gotta get enough water in there to get the job done!

These machines are very simple to use and very quiet. You wouldn’t know they were running unless you were in there next to them. Great machines for a great price!!

We were looking for a reasonably priced washing machine to replace the one we had for 30 or 35 years. We also did not want to get a nuclear scientist degree to learn how to operate it. The Amana fit our needs perfectly. It does a very nice job and we like the improvements it came with.

I love the autosense feature. It makes it so much easier for my kids to do their own laundry. I've had it for a few months now & no issues. Great deal!!!

Don’t really care for the locking lid but most are that way now. Washes fine - quiet, and have had no concerns

Very easy to use & it didn’t take the installers long to put it in at all. Compact enough to where it doesn’t take up much space, but it still fits a lot of clothing. Would definitely recommend if you’re not looking for a smart washer & want something on the smaller side.

Its work great and it pretty silent, but the it take longer than expected. But its perfect for a new home.

I am happy to get rid of my front load washer. It was constantly breaking down and getting stinky. It took forever to do a load, now I can get a larger load done in half the time. The clothes are cleaner than with the front load - likely due to the agitator. Use laundry bags for bras, tights, etc. that can get tangled. Very pleased for the price!

This washer is a great option for those looking to get an entry level washer that does the job, period. While the washer doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other machines, the ability to select a "deep wash" and "deep wash with extra rinse" help to alleviate some of the user complaints about HE "high efficiency" washers on the market. Specifically, the deep wash option fills the machine basin to the top and the extra rinse helps to completely flush laundry detergent from clothes so they come clean without the detergent feel. No frills but an economical choice that does the job.

After hearing stories of friends and family with their high-tech, expensive washing machines having various issues, I decided I wanted a basic, top-load, agitator model with no bells and whistles. I've had the Amana for a few weeks I am very happy with my purchase. The cycles are MUCH faster than other brands I've used, and it gets my clothes nice and clean. It is quiet and just does its job well. I mostly use the full water option, vs the "sensing" water level, although the one time I had a small load I had no issues with the sensing level. The one thing for prospective buyers to note is, I noticed that it was taking my clothes a long time to dry. Sure enough I saw some reviews on youtube, and this Amana only spins out at 600 rpm, which is apparently far slower than most washing machines. As a result the clothes have more water left in them than would be if it spinned faster. Not a big deal, but if fast drying is a big deal, definitely consider something else. For the price, it's hard to complain though.

Bought this washer in conjunction with dryer. Was looking for something reliable and responsibly priced. This washer is works great and is quiet.

I was surprised to find an inexpensive washer at Best Buy. This product I purchased was well worth it. It works great, very quiet, and washes the clothes perfectly. I recommend this purchase for anyone who lives in an apartment or house.

Great washer for the price! Have had it for a year so far with no issues whatsoever. There was only one time that it started making a weird noise but we had overloaded it with denim so it was pretty understandable
