This washer is really convenient to me because I live in a apartment and it works perfectly and doesn’t make a lot of noise which is really good. I love it.

This is a great super-basic, cheap washer. It doesn't do anything fancy, just washes your laundry. You CANNOT soak laundry in it so no dying, no blueing, no scent-removing treatments. It has just a few washing options but they all clean. It holds a lot of laundry so that is really nice. It does make bizarre & repeated noises as the "auto-sensing" function does its thing. I don't mind it but it was distressing at first because I wasn't expecting it.

My washer was suppose to be brand new and it came in a box ! When I opened to install my washer had water in it ?!!!! I called and tried to email with no response !!!! With all that’s going on I just decided to keep it but will never buy from here again ! I was charged full price and I think this was a used one You can make it right by giving me a discount and refunding me a credit

We found it necessary to purchase a new washing machine when our old machine broke down. After comparison shopping at several stores, we found exactly what we wanted at Best Buy. The salesman was very helpful and explained all the options that we had regarding the purchase and the availability of quick delivery from the store stock. The machine was delivered within seven days and was professionally installed without any problems. We are very pleased with the purchase process and the machine that was purchased. Modern with New ways to wash! I love this washer. I wish I had not waited so long to get it. And I spent the amount of dollars that I could afford and I am very pleased with the washer.

I wish it had a Fabric softener slot but it washes the clothes and do what it supposed to

Machine is great with washing and wringing. Takes longer to wash but I needed a washer and for the price I paid, I’m extremely happy.

Simple controls (no push pull knob, just dial setting) love sensor water level and really love extra rinse. Multi stage agitator seems to really work. Quiet and steady. Just hope it lasts 15 years.

I shopped all around for washing machines at various retailers. Best Buy had the lowest price. This machine is a great value for the money and works great

Space in my laundry room is an issue - this washer and it's "cousin" the dryer fit perfectly and operate great as well - looking forward to many years of service! Will suggest to others with regard to longevity of a washer and dryer - 1. after each wash leave the lid up to expose to air and dry interior of tub without contaminating the water left down in the unit - 2. before each drying cycle, clean the filter to cut down on air resistance through the exhaust - these 2 suggestions have served me well over time - now, my new washer/dryer is on "for the test" !! Have had wash machine 2 years no problems, excellent price very minor controls less things to repair down the road, big loads small loads handles like a champ

I used the washer 5 times. Everything is perfect. I did buy a Downey fabric softener ball as it does not have a dispenser.

So far so good. Only been using about 2 weeks. But runs pretty well. A little on the smaller side but still fits a normal sized load of laundry.

Excellent washer sales-person explained it was a basic washer but without high maintenance and it performs great don’t know about maintenance as of today haven’t had any problems.

The washer is BASIC. What i was looking for - no whistles or bells. Small loads. It does have nice feature of ability to tell how much water to bring into the wash. 1-2 items it fills for that amt. NOT A FULL LOAD of water. Saves water. Save heat by turning off the gas water heater. USE ONLY COLD TAP WATER or 2 other features for cold water fills. For the price a GOOD washer.

It's no frills but works great. Can't beat it for the price. Easy to use works as it should and has a good energy rating. Can't really ask for more for the price point

It's a good washer for the money! It's not a fancy model with digital buttons but a lot of times those ones are hit or miss
