We were able to pick up this washer as an open box from our local store and the price was unbeatable.

This is my first washing machine that I've ever purchased and I absolutely love it. Works like a charm and good for starting out, especially if you live in an apartment with washer/dryer capabilities.

My last machine was in such terrible shape that I needed a new one desperately. This new machine is deeper and bigger than the last and I l9ve it

For a basic washing machine this one does a great job and its really quiet when washing clothes.

Works great, only complaint is that you need to time it just right so that you can pour in the fabric softener.

Great basic washer for general use. Short drain hose had to be extended, however very simple to setup and install. Easy to use controls, serves it's purpose well.

Did my research regarding brand, made by whirlpool, a little hesitant to purchase but must say so far soooo good, good size too...did buy warrantee just in case...delivery service was great!!!!

Item arrived on time and everything went great. My daughter has eight kids and this machine is easy enough for the 11yr old to operate. SWright

I bought this washer to replace an old one for a rental unit. It is a basic washer but has all the important fixtures to get the job done complications.

Large tub and simple operation make this a great deal for the price. Auto fill is a slow procedure but you can load machine and go about your day.

Our old washer gave out and the home warranty gave us less than the cost of a new one. This fell into our price range and works great.

Overall good washer. The wash cycle seems to take a long time though. It's an energy saver.

My ONLY complaint was that there isn't a spot to put your fabric softener. So I had to buy one of those balls to fill with fabric softener. Other than that its been a wonderful washer.

It works pretty well although be cautious if you leave the lid up to long while filling water is in process all the water will drain

Wish we could write a better review since we chose this washer based on the excellent reviews on the Best Buy website. We purchased it at the beginning of December and at first it was okay. It's very easy to operate as it has simple buttons and settings. In about February we had a bad storm and our lights went out for a few minutes. The washer stopped working. We read some of the suggestions online and unplugged it for a day, then everything worked fine. Same thing happened week before last except that this time, we have not been able to get it to start working again. We're just disappointed because this is our newest appliance and have already had these issues when all of our other appliances work just fine after power outages. The last washer we had was well over 10 years old and never had issues after power outages. Now we're just waiting for the repair person to come check it out since it's still under warranty.

Perfect for college student and roommate. Just moved into new apartment and needed washer and dryer. This has been great.
