Warranty a Joke

I called and they gave me a number here to call for repair. Covid was just warming up...so they gave me a date about a month later. I called the day before just to make sure we were still on. They said yes and there would be a charge of x amount plus whatever it cost to fix it because it was over a year old. I told them it wasn't when it broke down and they said nothing they could do.

After having a lazy, newer style washer (different brand), it's good too see our clothing actually come clean again. The Amana manages that feat in a far-shorter, quieter time. I have no complaints about it whatsoever. I also can recommend the quality products and outstanding service of Best Buy.

When I came back to the store to purchase the unit I discovered that the price was increased by $100.00. I explained the situation to my salesman and he told the department manager what happened. She gave me $100.00 discount. The delivery was free and the unit was delivered as promised. I am very pleased with my dryer. I am looking to buy other items and I will be coming back to Best Buy!
