bad delivery & poor washer performance

Not Impressed when washer we only used a dozed times so far today had a load that was still sopping wet when the wash cycle finished. Had to run another drain & spin cycle to get the water out. Was not a large load. And it really shakes a lot when it does spin, even on a light load. Pretty underwhelmed with BB delivery and modern Amana brand, wouldn't go that route again.

You made money on my machine that was metal. I had to hook up my washing machine myself and I still had a problem and had to have my appliance man come to fix it
