    The unit was delivered on 7/19/21. It is unopened and will be stored over the winter and installed in May of 2022. The package came a day early and the box was free of damage.

    This is a great unit. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It has plenty of power, features and is quiet when operating.

    I had to return the item as it was too large for my window. So to be fair...almost didn't provide a review. In stating such, I did purchase the Amana 250 sq ft unit for the same window.

    This air conditioner is just horrible. I have a tiny living room and it still doesn't cool the air. Wish I could get my money back.
