I made a meal on the glass top and was real careful not to slide my pans around while I was cooking. And the next day I noticed several large scratches on the top. The glass top should not scratch after only a single use. I am returning it to Best Buy.

It does have a lot of safety features so, for instance, my son left the back burner on all night. The unit has a feature that will toggle heat up and down, I guess ... when it perceives that something might have been left on for too long. Same with the broiler. Over all, I'm happy with the unit.

There is no indicator to tell where the temp is at. So you have to really pay attention. And the beep for the timer only beeps like twice and shuts off. So if you're not listening for it you may miss it.

It’s not my circuit breaker. I only had the stove a year and it’s the holidays season. What a great time to break down.
