This 10,000 BTU air conditioner keeps the downstairs of my house cool and comfortable. I usually keep the fan speed at medium and so far that's been good enough. While it recommends two people for installation, I was able to install it myself. Comes with extra insulation and I used it to keep things as efficient as possible. One minor thing I will point out, I had to get a tiny philips screwdriver so I could put the batteries in the remote. If you have ever changed batteries in kids toys you will know what I'm talking about.

Bought this A/C unit a little over a month ago and I must say for a reasonable priced unit it’s wort the money. Unit get could fairly quickly and has a built in eco mode to turn on and off to conserve power. It has a remote you can adjust the different settings as well. Another cool function is the fact that it has a sleep timer that can be set to cut off as well. Overall I give it a thumbs up!!

Yes, the best buy (no pun intended) I have made in a long time. This air conditioner cools my entire apartment, we use fans to blow the air down the hallway & into the 2 bedrooms. I rarely have to have it any higher than low fan speed & we're currently going through quite a hot spell in NYC. I love the feature of the remote control & that it is relatively a quiet unit. I highly recommend it!

This air-conditioner is a perfect unit. It is compact. But a packs of mighty punch. It really gets the upstairs of our 750 square-foot cool. All of the 750 ft. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an AC

So far, it's great. Provides plenty of cooling, and the Eco mode is working well. Easy to use, good remote. I've only had for about 3 weeks, but at this point, very happy.

The unit and its installation were simple . It runs nicely and is quiet . It fit into a crank open window without using the side expanders . Super simple . I simply put plexiglass in the top half of the window .

Great window unit! Our central A/C is a very old, weak unit for our house, in spite of excellent insulation in our house. I put this unit in our kitchen window and it has been doing an outstanding job of keeping 2/3 of our 1200 sf house very cool. We can set it to 68º and the only rooms it can't help are the bedrooms at the far end of the house. We used this last summer without issue and as it gets hot this year, it continues to do the job. We run a second window unit (not as good as this one) in the master bedroom during the day, and this unit in conjunction with the central unit overnight to keep the bedroom cool without having to hear the window unit running.

it cools my bedroom but only the area directly in front not to the sides even though I turn the vents in different direction. Overall ok

This is the best window unit I've ever used. Keeps my garage cool during hot and humid Florida summers. It's tough as well, I dropped it once while unboxing, and it fell out of he window once while I was trying to readjust it. Definitely worth buying!
