I've had this unit for about three weeks now. It took a little time for me to get used to how it works compared to my prior range; but it works great - more effectively and efficiently to date! Style-wise, it is also an aesthetically nice addition to my kitchen. Bottom line, great value for the price - so far so good on that front. That said, it arrived with a bit of chipped paint and a shelf missing. The BB rep I spoke to about the chip remedied that matter with a partial refund. Getting the third (missing) shelf delivered took three weeks due to apparent miscommunication regarding the service I needed. That was a nuisance; but my Geek Squad rep persisted in working with me to place the order for the delivery of the shelf (rather than in-person service - apparently how the request was mistakenly input). I (finally) got the shelf in the mail yesterday. Rating 4 rather than 5 stars because I've had the unit for a relatively short amount of time and for the less-than-streamlined customer service and delivery issues.

Love the stove. It's easy to clean and works very well.
