    Received damaged, and oddly the packaging wasn't. Although we are in the process of an exchange (due to the model replacement being on backorder) the broiler isn't a drawer, more of a door with a pull out shelf. Not a deal breaker for us. The metal flap separating the oven from the broiler has manufactured holes between and was worrisome due to cleaning for us. The cook-top grate is smaller than our old stove and made of thin metal. I read a review of this model before buying, the most accurate one said something to the effect of "perfect for a rental, but might not be preferred for you home" seems to sum it up.

    I buy a lot of appliances from Best Buy. Always easy to work with and have a large selection. The only problem is you sell so well that a lot of what I need is not available in stock. Refrigerators have been scarce for the lower end ones which is what I need for the units I am trying to furnish.

    I like the stove but it wasn’t put together right. I’m kinda scared light it up bc I can’t turn the pilot down on one of the eye. I didn’t realize it until we started cooking. One of the eyes isn’t sitting right . It’s crooked. I’m just disgusted right now

    It heats up quickly and cooks the food nicely. I wish it was a little more heavier like my old one. This was a replacement to a GE oven. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

    Again very disappointed with Best Buy, my range arrived with a huge dent, I have yet to here from Best Buy even though I have called. The range itself works well.
