It had scratches and was dented. I called customer service and was informed my choices were to exchange the entire item or keep it.

Horrible Range

Ordered replacement grates and they were just as bad. When you used the oven the whole range got hot. Very poor rating for this range. Would highly recommend NOT purchasing this range. Needless to say I returned this range after a long battle with the representatives from the store.
