The second one had a manufacturing error and had to be replaced. The timeline for the replacement caused me to not have a stove available for my tenants the first week they lived at my property.

I had to call Best Buy to get someone back to my home to fix or replace the drawer. After a discussion with a Best Buy employee when decided that the best option was to replace the stove. My stove was delivered on March 20th, now I won't get a replacement until June. Very disappointed with Best Buy!!!
