After high end washer/dryer went out from all the bells and whistles failing we wanted to go basic. This has been a great product and does exactly what it is supposed to....dry clothes. If you don’t need to control everything from your phone and want to minimize the potentials that could fail or break, we recommend this product.

It does a good job but too many cycles: Complicated methods with simple and repeated results. No biggie since 2 cycles is all I need. I love the size of the drum and it's opening. It's higher than my old one and the door is easier to open/close. I have a replaced shoulder that didn't have enough strength to open/close the old one. Someone else had to do that for me.

I have had this dryer for over a year now and I haven't had any issues. I would recommend this dryer and I would buy it again. It was a great dryer for the price. I can put large thick comforters in it and just put it on timed dry for 60 minutes and it drys it all the way through.

We have now owned this dryer for over one year with no issues. Hopefully, this will continue to be the case. The Best Buy sale price at the time of purchase was great and setup was fairly simple. It seems to be fairly energy efficient also.
