However, we had the dryer installed by the Best Buy Team and they didn't install the dryer shoot correctly, it completely fell out of our wall and behind the dryer there was a piece sticking out and has ruined our installation. I Will not be using their services again.

Spend the extra money and get a reliable dryer. The lint trap had to replaced because it burned- Never leave this unattended! It continuously makes noise if I use it and the company does not back their product. I wanted to post a video to show the noise but it’ll only do pictures. Moral of the story : you get what you pay for.
