    After 2 flights of stairs, the darn thing didn't rotate. I knew what was wrong with it, but I darn sure wasn't going to fix it for the factory. I took it to the Denver West Best Buy. The manger allowed me to vent,(dryer talk) and was extremely helpful with an exchange, even though I didn't purchase it at her store. She threw in a new cord for me, because the original best buy didn't have any. I was off. This one works fine, and my wife loves me again. :)
