Worst Dryer I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. Clothes still completely wet after high heat, extra dry cycle. Two cycles required to get clothes to a slightly damp finish. Severely disappointed in Amana as all of my other appliances are Amana, and this is my first bad choice. I am not a fan of the lint collector being on top of the dryer either, as it forces me to move my laundry basket and my detergent bottle every time I have to clean the filter.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THE RETURN POLICY IS 15 DAYS! I BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! 3 TIMES ON HIGH HEAT, STILL NOT DRY! LINT AND WATER ON THE DOOR AFTER 3 CYCLES. I HAD IT 30 DAYS BUT HADN'T USED IT BUT FEW TIMES!

This dryer stopped working within two weeks of purchase so I’m unable to return it

First of all, Best Buy's delivery service is amazing, they delivered my purchase on time. As for my purchases, Amana washer and dryer are very good. The washing machine is easy to use. Licea led easy to understand and know what level of washing it is. Silent compared to others. its washing processes are good, especially that of Spin, which leaves clothes very squeezed almost ready for the dryer. On the side of the dryer, it works incredibly well, little effort, very good results and having almost dry damp clothes left by the washing machine. I can use it in a low hit that consumes less electrical energy because it dries clothes in less time than usual with other machines. So yeah, I love my Best Buy washer and dryer. Best Buy never fails me!

There are no digital elements to operate this dryer, which was a good thing for me. Price was competitive, but the most important factor was that I ordered it on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday afternoon. The Best Buy delivery team called and emailed several times to update the status of the delivery, so I knew exactly when it was coming. Delivery took less than 5 minutes and the team was fast, friendly and effiecient. When the door to the dryer was not closing unless slammed, my husband loosened the latch with a screwdriver, so now it closes without having to slam it. No cycle ending buzzer, which was also a plus for me. Dries my laundry in expected amount of time. Happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Great, Simple, Inexpensive electric dryer. I bought the matching Washer about two years ago and waited for previous dryer to fail, to finally buy the matching dryer. These are handsome machines, findable at a great price! I had bought the Washer on sale at PC Richard for $350. I found this “open-box” matching dryer at Best Buy for $360…not new price of $600, so I jumped on it. Worked out great so far!

Easy to use dryer with no frills or bells. Just a dryer and it does its job very well. Quiet and plenty of room for what we needed it for.

We were looking for a new dryer for our new apartment; this dryer was just what we were looking for. It is easy to use, energy efficient, and does a great job of drying our clothes. It is a quiet, basic dryer. We think the energy efficient setting dries the clothes longer than necessary. When we check the clothes before it shuts off, they are more than adequately dry. So we usually remove the clothes before the dryer shuts off.

So far I'm very satisfied with this dryer. It's very quiet, it's simple to operate (I'm just not a fan of lots of bells and whistles on my electronics), and it does the job it's intended to. It has energy-saving settings. My clothes don't come out smelling burnt. It's also very roomy compared to the dryer we replaced. I'm happy with my purchase. The delivery and installation was timely and smooth.

Have had for a little over a month. I wanted something traditional and simple to function. My previous dryer was a frontloader with matching frontloading washer and it was always eating my clothes and over heating. I have had no issues with this dryer. Clothes are not wrapped around eachother when they come out and are generally wrinkle free. The sensor is spot on, clothes and towels come out dry. It is not overly rough with the fabric as far as stretching and piling. It is fairly quiet. My laundry space is not conveniently situated in my house and the noise from the dryer is minimally noticed. Overall I'm very satisfied thus far

This is my first dryer purchase (along with the matching washer). I bought this product because I saw it as a decently priced and simple to use dryer in my first home out of college. I am very happy with this dryer. I am not the person that needs all the bells and whistles for my clothes. This dryer has VERY simple controls and is very easy to use. You can time dry up to 60m, or choose low heat automatic dry or high heat automatic dry, with energy saving settings. The lint trap is accessible from the top of the dryer, so there's no risk of re-linting your clothes, and no need to bend over to clean it out. My one issue is that I have to readjust the foot at the bottom every now and again to keep it from rattling. I imagine adding some blue glue (I will not name other brands in a product review) to the threads will keep this issue from persisting. All in all, this is a solid budget dryer.

My old dryer I had for 18 years finally stop working I needed to buy a new model, so I decided on the Amana it was affordable and very simple to use it does an excellent job and has a large capacity drum I would recommend this product.

Just what I wanted to replace my 25 yr-old dryer. It does just what I wanted, not 87 other things...like too many of the "new" models. Low heat, and High, timed dry, Air dry, fluff. Very quiet operating. Easy to use, read, and does the job! Hope this one lasts as long! Excellent store customer service, and delivery was courteous and competent. Thanks again!

Perfect size for a townhouse laundry closet that can only fit a smaller size washer and dryer. Nice capacity,and does a very good job of drying the wash. As far as dryers go, pretty quiet,and control choices are very basic and easy to use. Price was very reasonable, and i am very pleased with my purchase.

This dryer works very well! It is quiet, easy to use and heats up really well. It was a great deal for the money. I'm hoping it is reliable as well. The only thing I wish was a little better was how the door closes. I'm sure it's a safety thing, but the door is very hard to open and close.

Great simple dryer! Don't overthink your drying needs. This unit is so easy to use and replacing parts is cheaper and easy to fix. You don't need extras to dry clothing. This does everything the expensive dryers do.
