bad unit the heating element after 15 months. never so unhappy

Auto Dry High Heat does not stay on long enough to dry the load. Then it goes into cool down with still damp clothes.

So far no complaints. It is quieter than the unit it replaced. Really, no complaints from my tenants. Dries faster too. Unit was easy to install and worked well out of the box which is more than I can say about some modern appliances.

This machine works. It is plain and simple. It isn't fancy, it has no light in the dryer, who cares. It works, it dries the clothing and so what if it isn't high end. This is perfect, it's not too noisy and actually will dry a full load of towels in about 35 - 40 minutes. Better than my others. This is what I need now. I cannot spend tons of money on disposable appliances. That is exactly what they make now. NOTHING is meant to last more than 3 - 5 years. Our first appliances we went nuts and bought the best we could buy thinking they would last 20 - 25 years. RIGHT, that is not the case. I have no luck with appliances, it doesn't matter what it is. I have lived in my house almost 14 years, in that time have replaced my dryer 3 times, my washing machine 4 times, fridge 2 times, dishwasher 2 times stove and microwave 2 times. Trust me, don't waste your hard earned money on something too fancy, it will not last.

Works great, nice and quiet! Has enough room for big loads, and dries the clothes perfectly.

Best in class is this neat dryer. Needed something to fit in a closet but one that still had a big capacity. Looked at several different brands and models before selecting this particular dryer. It’s lived up to it’s billing and performs as advertised. Very decent capacity and fairly energy efficient as well. It fits perfectly in the limited space and has not only not disappointed but has been unusually satisfying. Strongly recommended to anyone looking for a compact dryer that punches above its weight.

Our 9 year old GE stopped turning the drum, so instead of repairing it I decided to see that BB had available. I found this dryer on sale for $399 and decided to take a chance on it. The dryer is very basic, with minimal bells and whistles (not even an interior light) but it works well and dries clothes faster than the old GE I had. If you are looking for an inexpensive dryer that drys clothes quickly and on a tight budget, go for it.

Easy to use, efficient, quiet. However, I would caution against making an appliance purchase at Best Buy. The people answering phones give conflicting and incorrect information, they schedule deliveries and then don't follow through, they say they are putting you on hold to look into your situation and then the line goes dead. It is far too stressful an experience in these already stressful times, and there is overall too much drama to deal with just to get a dryer through your door.

Quiet, fast, easy to operate and huge load capacity.

I was hesitant because I'm not familiar with the brand.. but I'm so glad I took the leap of faith and made the purchase, thanks to all the stellar reviews. Affordable alternative to the more well known brands, but no fuss, easy to use, quiet (enough), and very efficient.

I love my dryer. Basic, not too many bells and whistles, dries clothes fast, I'm happy with this purchase. What I am not happy with is the installation. I paid to have it installed (it's a gas dryer), they came, said there was a "fitting" on the end of my gas pipe that they could not remove therefore they could not install my dryer. Told me to call a plumber to come remove the fitting then they would come back and install the dryer (after I'd waited 10 days for the install to begin with). Said they didn't have tools to remove the "fitting". Called a plumber. He literally removed this fitting with a standard pipe wrench in less than 2 minutes. I had him go ahead and hook up the dryer while he was here (why on earth would I wait another 10 days??). He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had to pay for the service call anyway. Paying Best Buy to install was a waste of money.

This dryer is amazing! I love the space it has and how quickly it dries my clothes. I'm a 21 year old woman and when I'm in a rush for my clothes to dry, I don't complain at all. This dryer is the best I've ever used. Its fast, it's big and its not loud AT ALL!! Which is what I like. I definitely recommend this dryer. I love my set!

Never wanted a clothes dryer, but I just moved into a newer and larger home and had to replace laundry equipment.. Of course, whatever I would buy would be Amana - American made and reliable. I don't have to put my glasses on to read the settings!! And it cleans up with a wipe. Dry laundry without waiting a day to air dry. What will they think of next?

I bought the least expensive dryer but have been pleasantly surprised by how much I like it! It holds a lot and was way bigger than the other dryers. It dries clothes in pretty decent times, doesn't scorch and I have never really needed all those extra settings anyway. It dries well, isnt too loud and seems sturdy. I dont mind the lack of a light inside and the size of the opening makes it so easy to put items in and take them out.

This dryer was not the most inexpensive but it was among them, and we have been pleased with its performance since purchase. Only down side, no interior light, but I am used to it now and don't even notice. Holds large loads, dries well.

So far so good! Wished the dryer had a light inside, otherwise completely happy with our purchase. Just set the controls and push one button and it does all the work. We also like how the dryer doesn't have a noisy sounding thingy when clothes are dry too. Would recommend this pair to anyone.

So far this dryer works great. I have done a number of loads with no issues. I was a little worried about the reviews when I purchased but I have not had any problems. Easy to use features and large size for drying capacity.
