Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this dryer. I didn't want all the extra stuff they charge you for on the higher priced ones because none of that stuff is even needed. I just wanted a simple no-nonsense dryer and that's exactly what this is. I've had it about 6 months now and so far it works great. I feel the low price makes it a good value. I only have 2 complaints. One is the door - you have to push it in kind of hard to get it to close. The other thing is that once in awhile a particular load doesn't get completely dry - the clothes will be damp and I'll have to run it an extra 15-20 minutes longer than the regular cycle. Other than that I'm happy with it.

I bought this dryer and washer for my mom because of the simplicity to use it. It is extremely simple to use, especially for the older folks. All she has to do is press the start button whenever she does the laundry, I already preset all the functions for her. She really like it. The price is decent too. So far, it is working great and has not run into any problems yet.

Good product. door closure seems a little cheap. Have to hit the start button a few times to get it to start from time to time. If you are looking for a dryer to just dry your clothes this is it. If you are looking for any bell and whistles this is not the machine for you.

Good basic gas dryer with no electronic switches to fail; knobs only. Due to pandemic, prices for basic utility items like this have gone up quite a bit, even buying the floor model like this one here. Delivered without a problem, dryer works as expected. Sales department was efficient and knowledgeable during the purchase. Please note that there are mandatory add-ons such as gas line, vent line and delivery which adds to the price.

I am very happy with my new Amana gas dryer. It does a very efficient and quiet job drying my clothes. The price was good, too. So glad I got this one!

Basic dryer, but does the job! Only thing I don't like is, the lint cleanout pulls out from top and leaves lint all over the top of the machine. Very annoying. I prefer the front clean out inside the door. Something I will be sure to get on my next dryer purchase.

This dryer is an excellent value for the cost. It dries clothes very quickly. The gas version of this dryer is better than the electric version. it is not quiet but is not as loud as some other brands. It has an energy saving setting that works very well. I would recommend this dryer to others.

The delivery was great. Installation was a little difficult , primarily due to OUR space limitations. So far we are satisfied with the performance. It is somewhat noisy(installed in kitchen), door slams HARD. I would prefer lint filter on bottom.

Price was the driving factor of why I purchased this particular dryer and I am happy with my decision. I have a large capacity washer and was hesitate that this Amana dryer wouldn't be large enough or produced enough heat. It has proven to be great value for the money and I would recommend it for anyone who has a budget to consider.

Sturdy, heavy duty, hold a lot of clothes, quiet and does the job

My wife and I don't need a lot of bells and whistles with our dryer, as we line dry our delicates and permanent press items. This is a very bare bones, inexpensive dryer. So far, it works well. If you need extras like wrinkle-free cycle (the dryer tumbles your clothing every few minutes after the cycle is over until you empty) or drying rack, look elsewhere.

After my expensive 4 year old Kemore Elite dryer broke down, I decided to go the no frills, steady and sturdy route. Does not have all the bells and whistles of the Elite, but also does not have the problems. My appliance repairman recommended this dryer, and glad I followed his advice.

This gas dryer had a great price, the home delivery personnel were very professional and Best Buy kept us informed throughout the entire process from purchase to delivery. The gas dryer works great, but the one small complaint about it is that the dryer door is very hard to close. But all in all, we're very happy with this purchase!!

This dryer works great! It fits big loads and it drys very quickly.
