PROS: The smart watch itself is pretty has pretty good clarity, features, and good battery life. CONS: Many watch faces you have to pay for on the Zepp store. If you want to monitor your sleep, you need a paid yearly plan to unlock features that should already be unlocked on your watch. The O2 measurement is manual in which it takes up to 30 seconds and if you move your arm one inch the test fails and you need to start over. Also when the O2 test fails it tells you to make the watch tighter to your arm which is very uncomfortable. Also, the Zepp app isn't very user friendly. I want to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit and Kilometers to Miles but didn't see the option to change it on the watch or the Zepp app. In the USA we use Fahrenheit and Miles for measurement. For my first Smart Watch I am not too impressed. I'm an owner of Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and considering going to Galaxy Watch. With this in mind when buying a watch, you need to consider battery life, features, intuitive software, and ease of use on the watch itself. You can't have it all so pick what's the most important to you.

I've had every type of smartwatch The Apple watch the Samsung watches I will say amazfit has to be the best walk I've ever owned. It's been months since I bought this product and I came back to write the review based on how amazing this watch is. The fitness features are what really impress me You can create custom workouts that in the workout automatically instead of you having to do it yourself. The watch structure is very solid it really is an all-time great watch I used to buy the bip watch and so I thought this company made cheap products but this is better than an Apple watch and is especially amazing if you have an Android Samsung

I've been using the Amazfit Balance watch for over two weeks and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was skeptical about the price being so much less than the other big brands. But I was surprised at how much more I'd like this than the Samsung and Garmin watches that I used to use. First of all, the battery life is amazing. I use the always on display and increased the HR monitoring to the frequent setting. I also train 4x a week alternating between jogging, cycling, and strength training in the gym. Even with all of that, I still have only had to charge it after a week. There are so many free watch face options that allow me to see that stats that are important to me. I compared this to the arm band that I use at Orange Theory and got almost the exact results. I've also used the bluetooth calling. While the volume isn't that loud, it was loud enough to have a quick conversation. I mean, you'd have to expect that from a speaker that's in a watch. Overall, I am super pleased with this smartwatch. 5 stars and highly recommend! I got my wife the Amazfit Bip 5 (which she loves) so I could get the Balance for myself. I'm going to get the Balance in Gray as an early Christmas present to myself and probably the Pink Bip 5 for my wife!

This watch has all the features I was looking for, its highly customizable with watchface options, apps and games. Its great at reminding you to take walks and when to go to bed as well as alarms. The battery life is also really good..I only have to charge mine for about 30 minutes every 5 or 6 days.

Has a great battery life and supports many nice features. There are some user exerience and missing features that prevent it from being 5 stars. Remote camera app, and ability to use voice to text easily is a drawback.

Its absolutely a great watch, I have stuck with this brand of watchs for years and this is definitely a refinement of the GTR series. I want to note it says 14 days battery life, if you dont need every health sensor running all the time, i did get 18 Days of battery. I personally have the blood oxygen only check when i need it and the heart rate is set to every 5 mins

I love this watch—it has excellent battery life and is packed with many features. I like the Alexa on the watch, works great. I used to have an Apple watch but I had to charge it every night. Not anymore! This watch's battery lasts more than a week.

Very nice watch! And amazfit is pushing quite a few upgrades to compete with the competition. HR is a little bit off and sleep patterns as well but overall good watch.

Very clear and easy to read. Lots of great exercise and health apps. Comfortable and touch functions work well. Battery life is an easy 5 days. I wish it had a golf app, but otherwise I’m very happy with the purchase.

This watch works great, the battery life is great. I have it on always on and charge it while I am in the shower about every 4 days. The heart rate monitor and step counter work good. The sleep monitoring is also good and interesting to pay attention to, it can help you get more consistent sleep. The watch is comfortable to wear and even sleep with on. The watch has been very durable I have worn it to work cows.

Great watch. Lots of features and battery last a week

This is a really solid offering from Amazfit (and I am trying this brand for the first time). The OS is fast and responsive, the watch has solid battery life. The only place where it loses out is the tighter integration that WearOS and WatchOS watches tend to have with Android and iOS devices respectively. But the watch more than makes up for this with it's battery life, features and performance.

Using it for few months, and it is perfectly feeds every actions. Good battery performance.

I absolutely love this watch but this is definitely not the 38mm. I specifically purchased feom best but because i couldnt find the 38mm anywhere else. This is the 46mm watch. The model number on the box received is A2287. Which matches the 46mm amazfit balance on amazon. Now i just gotta decide if im gonna keep it because i love it but its massive on my lil tiny wrist. Only marking as 4 stars because the incorrect size is listed!
