I was shocked with all the features and how easy it is to operate. A great option if your budget can’t afford the iwatch or the android watch.

Has great battery life. Pretty easy to setup and customize. Sometimes struggles with exercise and sleep detection, but at the price having to tap a couple of times is no big deal. Definitely worth it as a starter exercise tracker.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Fitbit deserves a standing ovation. It’s not just a fitness tracker—it’s everything I didn’t know I needed, all wrapped around my wrist. From step counts to sleep insights, heart rate to hydration reminders, this little device doesn’t just track my habits—it transforms them.
Somehow, it encapsulates every desire I had for a healthier, more mindful lifestyle. I wanted more energy, better sleep, a gentle nudge toward consistency, and a digital cheerleader to keep me going. The Fitbit delivers on all fronts. It’s like it knows me. No, it gets me.
I used to hit snooze, skip walks, and stay glued to my desk. Now I’m crushing step goals, closing rings (yes, I high-five myself), and even drinking more water like a functioning adult. It’s not dramatic to say: this thing is a lifesaver.
Best Buy, you came through. Fast shipping, great customer service, and the tech that changed my daily life? You saved my day—maybe even my year.
Five stars. Ten if I could. Buy it. Wear it. Let it change your life.

I got this for my pre-teen for her birthday. And she loves it, to the point where did not want to upgrade to an Apple watch for Christmas. She likes the big screen. And she receives text messages almost right away. As a parent I do recommend this as a starter smart watch.

This is a great Smart watch at a great price. This watch has several features that assist in keeping track of your health. I had a much more expensive smart watch to keep track of some of these functions but this watch appears to be more accurate. Plus it is much more affordable.

Best value on the market for a health oriented smart watch. Tracks most "vitals", workouts, sleep. Receives Bluetooth calls from connected phone. I stopped wearing watches years ago, but this is so comfortable I barely notice it. App is updated regularly and has some quality "addons" for purchase. I don’t want them, but you might!
Battery life is about 7 days with normal monitoring and exercise use.

Does basically everything i want a smartwatch to do, battery life is fantastic. App store is decent (where it looses 1 star), get my texts and phone calls (quality is apparently good according to family/friends) through the watch which i was somewhat surprised actually worked.
Its decently waterproof seeing as i forget half the time to take it off when showering (generally don't even notice its there), which is good for the rain we get in the PNW.

BETTER THAN AN APPLE WATCH!!

I bought this watch about 2 weeks ago and it is absolutely amazing. The batter lasts about 5 days with very heavy usage. It has alexa which in my opinion is better than siri because my smart home is alexa based. It also has a much larger display than the apple watch. I definitely recomend this to anyone who is a first time smartwatch owner or just wants to make a switch to a different brand. Amazfit is definitely the brand to go with. As a side note if your are wanting something like apple pay you can buy the more expensive watch with nfc but zepp pay is not yet supported in the us but will soon be. The phone call feature is also amazing.

The Zepp app used to manage this devise pushes false notifications to drive you into purchasing additional app add-ons. With your phone bluetooth disconnected/off and even in Airplane mode, the app pushes notifications saying it has recognized "elevated stress". It then "suggests" calming app add-ons. Be aware that they're pushing false information to increase in app sales.
That being said, it is a good basic fitness and notification tracker. Nothing special, but the software is definitely a Trojan Horse.
