I have always had a Samsung watch but I gave up after the battery life last no more than 12 hours. This watch will last a week plus on a single charge. All the basic fitness and health functions are included. For just about $90 I would definitely recommend this watch.

It is only water resistant with a rating of IP68 so you are not able to swim. I did'nt know you needed a smart phone 5 to make the watch work. But I keep at it until it fired right up and still learning how both work together. It seems to be and excellent combo.
