Works well with my new phone but the zepp app could be much better. Step counter and reminder features are very good and easy to use. Strap color is a little dull then what is shown in picture but quality is excellent.

Posted .Hi FrankP, this is incorrect, all the features of the watch are free to use and does not require a subscription to continue using. So you can monitor your heart rate and blood oxygen with the watch at any time. Please make sure you are using the correct app with the watch which is the Zepp app. Michael | Amazfit Support
