      Hi there, please note we do not include the charging cable since it is a standard USB-C cable that is used for all current devices. To be more eco-friendly and reduce waste we have not included it with the watch.

      If you do not have one already then you can purchase one at your local electronics store, BestBuy, Walmart, Target, Staples, or CVS/Walgreens. You can purchase one on Amazon as well: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Basics-Charger-480Mbps-Certified/dp/B01GGKYN0A/.

    Quite a terrible watch. I own 4 other Amazfit watches and all them were excellent. Great features and battery life, etc. This Bip 6 has even more bells and whistles and that would be great if it actually worked. Stopped working after only a month. Factory reset it 5 times to get it to show notifications. Then one day it would just not turn on. Not sure why this Amazfit is so bad, but I am already willing to spend a little more to get a Garmin because they work.
