It should take age into account and not nag about the number of awake periods. I'm 73 and am up about every 90 minutes to pee and sip some water to stay hydrated. The big failing is it doesn't easily track strength training. There's a tortured way to evaluate strength training but it involves logging each exercise set by set, number of reps, and involves hundreds of selections and clicks of the watch ugh. A device that has the means to chart sleep stages should be able to detect the effort of doing reps of whatever lift and make a ballpark estimate of overall exertion and calories. I don't want or need an exact log.

He upgraded from a fitbit ace3. It fits his lean wrist well and doesnt look big. The setup and connectivity to the app is very fast. ( Im comparing it with fitbit watches which have taken me forever to setup). Lots of games and enough storage on this device

Posted .Hi CoryC, the watch band is made out of silicone. It is recommended that you follow the following tips in your daily wear. And we may suggest you change the straps made of different materials to have a try.
1. Avoid the unhealed part of the skin wound.
2. Keep the skin dry that in contact with the watch.
3. Clean the watch and your wrist regularly to avoid the growth of bacteria, especially after working out or sweating. Do not use detergents such as soap, hand sanitizer, bath lotion, etc. when cleaning to avoid chemical residues that irritate the skin or corrode the equipment. It is recommended to use alcohol to do cleaning.
4. Make sure that your wristband doesn't feel too tight and that it's snuggled enough for it to be comfortable to wear.
5. When there are symptoms such as redness and swelling on the contact area, please stop using it and see a doctor for advice before putting the watch back on

Since then a restart is frequently required to resolve various problems that have arisen; HR monitor not reading despite ideal positioning, GPS connecting but not measuring distance traversed, random watch face changes, etc. Factory reset has not resolved the issue. The item has never been immersed in water or incurred damages that could account for these defects.
