Since then a restart is frequently required to resolve various problems that have arisen; HR monitor not reading despite ideal positioning, GPS connecting but not measuring distance traversed, random watch face changes, etc. Factory reset has not resolved the issue. The item has never been immersed in water or incurred damages that could account for these defects.

Posted .Hi JeffB, please try to factory reset the watch to see if that will resolve the issue. The reset option is found under the watch's Settings -> System. Please note you will need to unpair all previous connections before you are able to pair it back up. Please make sure the watch is unpaired from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Next make sure you unpair it on the Zepp app by going to Device -> Amazfit GTR Mini -> Unpair.
After that is done then you can go through the pairing process in the Zepp app. Open the Zepp app and go to Device -> +Add -> Add Device -> Watch, to scan the QR code to pair back the watch.

There wasn't one on display at the store so we bought it on the assumption the size advertised was honest. Unfortunately after unboxing it is the same size if not slightly larger then my watch (pixel watch 2), which is 41mm. She seems ok with the size at the moment so hopefully she stays happy with it.

Posted .Hi Johnny, please make sure you have the watch connected to one device at a time. If you have it paired to another device then it will cause disconnecting issues. Please also only use the Zepp app with the watch. If you use another app with the watch then it will disconnect it from the app as well. Michael | Amazfit Support
