Nice smart watch. Never had one before so got thus on sale to see how I like having one. I mostly use it to track steps and miles but I enjoy the sleep monitor and it is pretty accurate IMO. Long battery life. I got a guard for it since the lens and edges are totally exposed. The other thing that I did not like is that the band end needs to be tucked between other side of band and your wrist so it is not easy to put on.

Both of my boys (13 and 14 yrs) got one for Christmas. They upgraded from amazfit bip U pro and the change over is a flames as my Samsung watches when I and my wife upgrade. The watch reacts very fast and had many ways to get free watch faces using the Zepp app. I got them during the black Friday sale. Worth every penny. They are stylish and sheik. The battery life is insanely long. Around 4 days fully activated with every sensor working

I’m thoroughly impressed with the Amazfit GTR Mini Smartwatch! It’s the perfect combination of style, performance, and affordability. The design is sleek and elegant, making it suitable for both casual and formal settings. The 1.28-inch AMOLED display is sharp, vibrant, and easy to read, even in bright sunlight. Performance-wise, it’s packed with features like heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, built-in GPS, and multiple sports modes, making it an excellent companion for workouts and daily health tracking. The battery life is amazing too — I get several days of use on a single charge, which is a big plus for a smartwatch. The watch is also very comfortable to wear, with a lightweight and breathable band. It syncs seamlessly with my phone, allowing me to receive notifications, control music, and track my fitness goals with ease. Plus, the water resistance gives me peace of mind when wearing it in the rain or while swimming. For the price, this smartwatch offers incredible value. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking for a stylish way to stay connected, the Amazfit GTR Mini delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend!

I like it better than the Samsung Galaxy 6

I owned the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and the battery life was horrible. I couldn't make it the entire day when incuding my morning workouts. A watch that has to be put on the charger DURING the day to recharge it is a deal breaker for me. I cannot be doing that. I decided to try this watch due to the battery life advertisements, other features, and the generous return policy. Well after a couple weeks, how did it hold up to the Galaxy Watch 6? In short, its amaz-ing (yea, pun intended). With workouts that don't use GPS (most of them), then the battery life is still the advertised 2 weeks easily. Cons: The watch doesn't have a way to respond to texts except through pre-programmed responses or emojis. You can still view the messages, texts, and notifications on the watch, and the bright screen makes it very easy to do so even outdoors. The watch isn't accurate when using GPS in terms of your "top speed". While cycling it sometimes estimated my top speed to be 5mph (I coast faster than that) to all the way to 36mph at one time (yea, I can't push my pedals that quickly, thanks). You are better off using your phone for the GPS features if you want accuracy. The watch band is short. I don't have super large wrists, but the watch band barely fits me. Its a standard size watch band, however, so can be replaced easily with whatever band you want. The battery life is around 2 weeks - except with one exception. If you turn on the GPS tracking on this watch, instead of having your phone do it, the battery drains much more quickly. A hour long workout (cycling) with GPS on took 20% of the battery charge. Still WAY better than the Samsung 6 which couldn't even make it the entire day. This watch, if you have GPS on, will probably last about a week still, depending on the length of the workouts. Pros over a Samsung 6: Battery life is extreme when not using the GPS (even when using it, its still going to easily last a few days), The screen is very crisp and bright. It can easily be seen and viewed in full sunlight. The easy to use interface, and the health/workout tracking/routines. The "Zepp app" it comes with is very easy to use and ties into many other health apps, such as Google Fit (one of the ones I used). They communicate and share data well with each other where I'm just using the Zepp app at this point. The watch is a 1/3rd of the Samsung's price and has all the same features except what's mentioned above. This watch works great with the Pixel 9 Pro XL and I'll defenitely recommend this to people who are looking for the full range of features in a smart watch, but have no desire to break their wallet doing so.

I started looking for a replacement for my Apple Watch because it was 3 years old. The battery life was going down and even brand new it didn’t last a full day. I’ve never been able to sleep in it to get my sleep information. Found watches by Amazfit and did some research. These watches have everything I was looking for in a smart watch. Workout/steps tracking, sleep tracking and several day battery life. I decided to go with the GTR Mini because I wanted a round watch. Couldn’t be happier. I get silent notifications for the important things like calls, texts, emails, news and sports notifications. The GTR Mini doesn’t allow you to answer calls on it or respond to texts but I’m fine with that. It connects to Apple Health so all of my health info is available in the Health app. The AMOLED screen is bright and beautiful even in bright sunlight. There’s many watch faces available including several free ones and there’s the ability to create your own online and submit it to Amazfit for approval. Battery life is a full 10 days with average use. There’s also a phone finder as long as it’s within Bluetooth range. At $85, it was a no-brainer decision. I’m all in on Apple’s ecosystem with the iPhone, iPads, AirPods and Beats earbuds and MacBooks, but no longer will I spend the money on the Apple Watch when purchasing a smartwatch. Most definitely recommend you look at the Amazfit watches if you’re looking for a new smartwatch.

I used to have Apple Watch Series 3 and using Amazfit made me appreciate Apple so much after. However, they both feel you get what you paid for. I chose Amazfit over Apple Watch because of the price, purpose, and the looks. I was gonna use it for fitness and activities, so I didn’t want anything too fancy and the circle face looks better. After using it, what I noticed is, like touching display to turn on doesn’t work like Apple, it’s kind of complicated to start workout mode in the built-in app, there’s no hiking mode, low battery warning stops the work out tracking, and there are not a lot of face selections and you have to buy them sometimes. Those felt annoying while using Amazfit. However, it’s doing what I needed and I totally understand what I’m not getting is what I cheap out. Battery life is pretty long and charges pretty fast. Band is actually not that bad. It doesn’t give me each. The plastics part feels kind of fragile and cheap, so I don’t know when it’s gonna break but so far it’s lasting better than what I thought. Amazfit is good enough for those who don’t need too much from smart watch but want to use the very minimum function of it. It’s still nice to have it.

We purchased this watch for my 11 year old. I was worried about the size (would it be too big for her wrist), but was pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. Reasons to purchase (to me): 1. Battery life is as advertised - excellent 2. Shows text messages but cannot send text messages (so not a distraction at school) 3. Fits and looks nice 4. Is a watch! 5. Has good activity counters 6. Affordable I definitely recommend this watch!

I absolutely love the Amazfit GTR Mini! The battery life is fantastic, lasting for days. It's become my go-to for sleep tracking and as a reliable alarm, accurately monitoring my sleep patterns. As an avid outdoor trail hiker, I'm impressed by the GPS – it connects quickly and provides precise tracking. Plus, the fitness tools are excellent. Highly recommend!

I have really enjoyed this watch, it does exactly what I wanted. I can get about 5-6 days before putting in the charger, but I get a heavy load of notifications. But that's because I use it to keep up with my clients and other notifications during my day. I think I get a better number on my step count that I actually walk. But I love the GPS and checking out the map after my walks. If this watch is still available after this one wears out I'm buying another. I also liked the price at best buy.

Overall a great watch! My wife uses it to count steps and for fitness activities, my only complaint is that the step count isn’t always accurate from her iPhone step count. It is usually a few hundred steps less. But overall, easy to use!
