Gift cards are great but the purchase limit on them is stupid. I could only buy 3 when I needed 5 or 6.

I ordered 3 Amazon gift cards. 2 cards arrived via email within minutes. Hours later the 3rd didn't arrive. I first used the chat bot, no info other than order not ready yet. The order status says it will be emailed when ready. The live chat was no help. Said to call the support number. They said my order is on a "system hold" and it may be another 24 hours until I get the card. So I cancelled. They said it could be 7-10 days until I get my refund. Needless to say, Best Buy is now in my NEVER AGAIN file. Realize that sometimes gift cards are purchased because they are needed right away for something.

I had the worst experience with Best Buy and their online service of talking to somebody. It says when you buy the card you would get it immediately. It took almost a week in me having to contact them over and over again and they kept saying it’s coming, but took over a week.

Took a while to arrive via email. But it wasn’t too long so not a super big deal.

I am very upset with customer service. I had points/certificates to redeem and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get it converted into a gift card. I spoke to 2 different people who guided me through the process only to find out they CHARGED me another $100 for the gift card. No one knows what they are doing. Very uninformed. The only good thing I can say about the experience is that they were courteous.

Ordering a gift card online for electronic delivery should be something that takes seconds. Here I am 24 hours later with money gone and no gift card. Customer service was useless in helping me. They chocked it up to technical difficulties... a technology based company... amazing. Maybe Geek Squad can come show you how to send an email with a 12 digit code in it in less than 24 hours. Trash service, if I had known it would take an immense amount of time, I would have gone to the store and gotten it. Don't offer a facade of a service if you cannot fulfill a simple transaction in a timely manner.

Easy to link to Amazon, need better delivery system for gifts.

I tried to use this GC in Amazon and they revoked it saying it was fraudulent. I lost 200.00. How can I get a refund? I have been fighting them since Nov 12 th and they refuse to put the balance back on my account.
