I ordered a Amazon digital gift card for my Nephew for Christmas. When my nephew went on Amazon to use the card, someone had already used it. I will never order another card again. Becky

Codes are fine, and I like that I can buy them. But sometimes they take AGES to get sent to me. Really gotta figure that out.

Your the best buy you could get the name says it all

This is actually the worse experience I’ve had with a digital Amazon gift card. What normally takes less than 5 minutes has become a 24 hr+ ordeal waiting for it to be completed and no ETA when it’ll arrive, and because it’s in the “processing phase” submitted to the party involved, the order can’t be modified/cancelled or another resolution provided. Completely disappointed. My suggestion, go to the store to get a physical card. I’m less than 24 hrs from having to make another separate purchase for a gift now if this doesn’t arrive soon.

You get the digital code within 1 to 2 days. Not ideal for fast delivery but if you really dont want to leave the house and are willing to wait.

It’s a scam. I bought this digital card and they sent me an access link that didn’t work. Tried getting help with customer service and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Had to dispute the charge for it with my bank to get refunded. Don’t buy digital cards from here.

It’s convenient to buy gift card online, it would be better if there is an option to buy the gift cards with the bb rewards certificate

Dont use this service unless you want to wait. Since amazon doesn't accept paypal, this is the second time I purchased a e gift card and am now waiting. I also hit a limit on gift cards so im afraid that when i finally get my first round, this will happen again later... its infuriating because the items i wish to purchase on amazon are time sensitive. I did a test run to make sure it wouldn't happen again, i got the code right away... when i purchased more, once again im waiting... I love you best buy, but please allow verified customers to get what they paid for in a timely fashion. Thank you.
