Buyers usually have to wait 24-48 hours after purchase; according to customer service after several calls and a NYC Department of Consumer Affairs complaint.

DO NOT BUY!

Customer service was a joke, best buy took my money.

Razer giftcard "order received " all day

I’ve been waiting for over 24 hours now and I still haven’t received my code. Support was extremely unhelpful as well.
