It was an Amazon gift card, like you'd expect. However, shipping was about a week longer than expected so that was unfortunate. :(

Great gift for college students. Gave to Grandchildren and they were appreciative. Great for delivery especially time saving way to shop.

Had to go to the store to pick it up as no digital codes are sold. It took a while to get it but I got it.
