Its just crappy how they cant be emailed or delivered anymore. I dont want to drive almost 2 hours to my nearest best buy. Smh.

On January 30, 2023 I called Amazon to find my balance on a gift card I had received. The card was a physical card wrapped in cellophane with the covering over the gift code intact with a balance of $100. I immediately put the gift card in a card and sealed the envelope. I regifted the card on Feb 14, 2023 and when the person tried to use the card, it had already been used. According to Amazon it was used on Feb 3&4, 2023. The only people who had the gift code were me and the Amazon person on the phone on Feb 3 &4. I would be very careful buying a gift card from Amazon--the only logical conclusion I can come up with is that someone within Amazon is scamming with the gift cards. I was really embarrassed that my "gift" wasn't able to be used. I bought another gift card immediately so my friend could use the gift card. I spent another hour on the phone with Amazon and after repeated assurances that I would get a call 48 hours later, I received no call. I got an email a minute after I hung up saying that I would have to dispute this with my credit card company.

Please make it digital this makes it really hard having to go to the store to pick up or pay extra for shipping

They forgot to activate my card and now they wont do anything about it. I cant get a refund or my card activated. Now I have to wait for amazon support to fix it.

You were selling cards in app and online and everystore you claimed was in store stated you can buy in app or online and i had to educate your staff in 3 different store that the company not the store was restricting this not happy and spreading the word too
