Great e-gift card purchase. Easy to redeem and use.

I received a $10 Best Buy gift card with this purchase. Used it to buy a $10 PS card. The purchase was canceled "for security reasons," then BB refunded me by MAILING a physical gift card to an address I don't live at anymore and not my Primary Address listed on my account. I am chatting with customer service for the 2nd time now since I still have yet to be refunded for their mistake.

Do not buy Amazon gift card here it takes forever to get a digitally they tell you it’s available right away after you purchase it it takes forever I still haven’t gotten mine and it’s been hours so far I do not recommend frustrating I was trying to purchase something that was supposed to be delivered today From Amazon Best Buy sucks

Have contacted best buy various times to help me with an issue of a digital high value amazon gift card that I bought and only kept transfering me to one person, then the next, and etc. I still can't redeem my gift card on amazon even though it says on best buy that i can still redeem it as i havent been able to use it at all since two weeks from when i bought it.

Very poor experience. The best buy cancelled the gift card so my amazon account get locked and they don't refund.

I went to the Best Buy app to purchase a gift card. This was the best experience I had purchasing an item on an app. It was easy and the best part is that I got my gift card with in minutes in my email. I love that best buy has this option to get an amazon gift card digitally. This is incredibly inconvenient for getting the full value of a visa gift card onto the amazon site. I love that there is no tax or extra hidden fees. It typically comes very quick too, which is obviously a great thing!

I am disabled and live by myself, my family is not close by—- they are hours away. I learned you could by stuff through Amazon if you didn’t have a credit card and no way to access by buying stuff from a store. The caregivers don’t drive or speak English… sad emoji. But I was told you can buy an Amazon gift card through Best Buy… so I checked and tried it out! It works! And it’s easy too! The only thing is the designated $ amounts… they have $25, $50, $100, so on… so if you have change— it is left there on the card. Oh well . But I got a place to buy stuff I NEED now! Yippee!

This review centers around the fact I was able to work a purchase using my PayPal account. Amazon doesn't allow purchases through PayPal and that's pretty rotten in general. However, this is a fantastic way to get around it. b The reason I want to use PayPal is that I have a PayPal Cashback MasterCard which gives me 3% back for online purchases made through PayPal. Since I do a lot of shopping in Amazon for their free (and fast) shipping, I'd like to get the highest return for those purchases, obviously. Best buy is one of the few vendors offering Amazon gift cards with no fees attached, so big plus!!! Now I can load the gift card in my Amazon account as the preferred payment method and get 3% for purchases!

I first purchased one digital gift card as a test because I was a little skeptical but received it 50mins later. Then I purchased two more digital gift cards together which took 47 hours. Calling Best Buy support does not seem to do any good if your order is stuck on "Order Received" and has not reached 48 hours. They will just tell you to wait without providing any information on its progress.

Because Best Buy did the horrible decision of taking away Blu-ray’s, because they don’t care about customer service and having products people care about, I have to buy Amazon gift cards to buy my physical media from another source. Buying digital cards allows me to buy stuff very easy.
