    If I could rate it lower, I would. I’ve had the TV for less than 6 months. The TV will no longer even turn on. Best Buy won’t stand behind the product and neither will Amazon.

      Hi DianaR. Thank you for your feedback on the Amazon Fire TV 4-series. I am sorry to year you are experiencing issues with the TV not turning on. Here are some troubleshooting tips for you to try and resolve the issue: Replace the batteries in your remote.
      Use the power cable and adapter included with your Fire TV device.
      If you lose your Fire TV device power cable or adapter replace them with Amazon branded equipment to ensure compatibility.
      Unplug the power cord from your device or wall outlet for several seconds then plug it back in.
      Press the source or input button on your remote and ensure your TV input matches the name or number of the HDMI port your Fire TV is plugged into (often located on the back of your TV).
      Use an HDMI cable rated for high speed (you can purchase this separately).
      Unplug your Fire TV from your HDMI hub (if you're using one) and plug it directly into your TV's HDMI port.     the worst television ever!! the linked amazon account is horrible! even with parental control the child can make orders, sometimes it goes off the air and nothing works

    Nothing ground breaking here. Picture and sound are ok but you’re better off getting a higher quality TV and buying a Fire Stick. This thing is finicky and slow compared to all the Fire Sticks we have.

    Didn’t even make it a few months. This tv is garbage. The operating system in it is so slow, won’t load apps most of the time, and freezes. Absolutely a waste of money.

    Does not pair well with Direct tv stream services. Tv constantly goes in and out from picture and volume

    This tv would be fine if I didn’t have to reset it to factory default once a week. I have 3 purchased on different dates and they are all the same. It took the first one about 11 months before the settings and input stopped working properly. It is a pain in the you know what to keep resetting this TV. I wish I had stuck with a brand known for making such electronics.

    Remote quit working. After 1.5 hours on phone with Best Buy, then Amazaon, then Best Buy, etc. I need the serial number to get answers. But the serial number is only on the TV settings, which don't work without the remote. Catch 22, can't get the remote fixed without a working remote. ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHH

    I love my Amazon fire tv! It works so well. I have not had any freezing issues like my old smart tv. I highly recommend this tv. A must buy! I bought one for my family room and master bedroom as well.
