Slow and glitchy

Buy a different Tv and separate Fire Stick

Picture and sound are ok but you’re better off getting a higher quality TV and buying a Fire Stick. This thing is finicky and slow compared to all the Fire Sticks we have.

TV Sucks

I have 3 purchased on different dates and they are all the same. It took the first one about 11 months before the settings and input stopped working properly. It is a pain in the you know what to keep resetting this TV. I wish I had stuck with a brand known for making such electronics.

No support from Best Buy

After 1.5 hours on phone with Best Buy, then Amazaon, then Best Buy, etc. I need the serial number to get answers. But the serial number is only on the TV settings, which don't work without the remote. Catch 22, can't get the remote fixed without a working remote. ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHH

Screen resolution is horrible !!!!!

What a disappointment. The screen resolution is horrible I never got HD/4K/UHD, the screen was dark and blurry, it looked like SD. I went through all settings and it never got bright or clear. I check the settings and it was 720p. I have an Insignia HD TV and it's crystal clear 1080, I connected my roku to this tv and the quality went down to 720p. This TV was a fluke I had to return it.
