I purchased three $100 gift cards for Valentine’s Day here it is two day after and I have still not received the gift cards via email. I called Best Buy to inquire about why I had not received it and was transferred three times place on hold for a long time and then offered to get a phone call back instead of waiting, which never came. So so, even as I write this review, I still have not received those Valentine’s Day gift cards so now it looks like I didn’t even get my boyfriend anything for Valentine’s Day?

I spoke with a very helpful representative that told me that the order would be expedited so hopefully that will be the case. Very slow process but great customer service.

I just assumed it would be a nice, easy purchase since it’s Best Buy & it’s delivered digitally. WRONG. The money has been pulled from my bank account, but nothing regarding the gift card. It still doesn’t exist & I can’t dispute or cancel the transaction because it isn’t “complete” yet. They have my money, but I don’t have the goods. I feel like that’s theft & it seems to be common practice, according to all the reviews that I SHOULD have read. This isn’t okay.

I've been waiting for more than 48 hours and the item I planned to purchase is no longer on sale. After reading these reviews, I'm not even sure my card codes will work. Would NOT recommend buying digital gift cards through Best Buy.
