Subpar installation

Amazon 55" Class 4-Series UHD Smart Fire TV

The first TV stopped working during an update. The second one doesn't go past "chose your language." I purchased the same TV for the office. The first one was dropped; the second one was dropped; and now the third one is in the office which hopefully will work. I will NEVER order from Best Buy again. What I have been through with these TVs in insane.

The Unwanted Night Light!

The only way to truly turn it off is to unplug. Do not get a fire tv if you will be placing the TV in your bedroom!

Extremely Hard to screen share

I have a windows computer, google phone and samsung tablet. Definitely not rare stuff. Isn't that the purpose of a "smart tv?" There may be some way of doing it but I'm not going to download some app to all my devises to do it. Dumb TV.
