Great Tv, fast operation system. Picture is great!

Great tv for the price... Easy setup and easy to control.

Excellent Amazon smart tv with capability to add many new apps through Prime. Very clear and vivid picture, seamless sound through my existing home theater system. I used to access internet channels via my old Blu Ray dvd player, who meant I was constantly needing to reboot to clear the bandwidth, and could never play movie length features. Those days are finally done! Love my new tv!

I bought this soon after it was released, as I have a number of Fire and Echo devices and would like to integrate everything together. It's a nice TV, and the active HDR really brings a new life to everything, and there's plenty of adjustments available to tweak the picture. The negative .. Just like previous Fire 55" TV's I had tried, this OS did not support my four-year old Nakamichi soundbar running through HDMI ARC, which was very frustrating because that's a nice soundbar .. strangely, it operates perfectly connected to the 39" Insignia Fire TV I have with a much older OS. So I replaced that with a nice Vizio, which works just fine. Also, something different is that all the connectivity is on the left, rather than right, rear panel. Amazon states that they are moving into Home Theatre devices, and I predict they'll release a soundbar to pair with this in the near future, as well as easy integration with Echo Studio. Overall it's been nice so far.. I'm hoping there aren't bugs and problems that sometimes occur with a new product line.

Pictures not too bad. Some of the software to turn it on and off with doesn't seem to work with the universal remote very well. However it's just the off and on button. Everything else works okay. I use the sound bar. So I can't tell you about the speakers too much cuz I don't normally care for TV speakers anyway.

this TV is a class act! For example - I was frustrated at first because I couldn't get closed caption on my screen. Just for the heck of it I said "Alexia, closed caption" - and there it was. There are many other qualities like great picture and sound. Love this TV.

TV is great so far, I like the 55 inch screen. So far so good with our first Amazon TV. One thing to note, we have had Toshiba, Insignia, TCL and now Amazon smart TVs and by far the audio is strongest on the Toshibas.

Love the quality and picture of the tv. It has a great selection of apps and streaming play to use. I got rid of my expensive cable and just use my Amazon fire tv which works with Alexa . Great buy

We had a cracked screen on the first Tv we bought. Best Buy took care and brought us another tv and removed the damaged one. My daughter set up the tv and we were good to go. The picture is clear very sharp

Absolutely hands down to the greatest tv!! Super easy to use and I can use my lights with Alexa and just have everything inter connected!

All of the awesomeness of a fire stick but with a beautiful 4k display at a reasonable price. We will be replacing most of our TVs with fire TVs. It works very well with Alexa too.

awesome tv for the value, replaced an older tv and doesnt dissappoint only negative is the volume needs to be about halfway up to hear the tv maybe its just my surrounding noise but overall a greeeeeat tv

I recently bought this tv to replace one that the HDMI connections were going bad. For the price, the picture quality is excellent. The audio sounds good through my surround sound system too. I am quite happy with this tv. My only complaint is with the remote. there is no "number pad" on it. Therefore, you have to single step through the available channels on OTA tv. Also, no printed manual comes with the tv out of the box.
