TV is great and is super light to hang wherever you want. The only downside is that you need to have a great internet provider with a great speed in order for the TV Voice Assistant to operate smoothly and unfortunately that is my case as in my area there is not a great provider. Other than that & have been enjoying this TV.

I was reasonably happy with the TV. Unfortunately, I did not confirm that my streaming provider "played nicely" with this brand. Best Buy readily took it back and I replaced. Excellent experience with Best Buy.

i love having all the apps on the tv. there is one issue the sound could be better than what it is. i turn up the volume and u cant hear anything till it gets to 13 i believe. called and made sure i purchased the extra insurance on it

I love my new Fire TV!! Buying it was super easy and convient for me. I ordered it online and when I got there to pick it up the staff was very professional and helpful. I didn't have to do anything but sit in my car! They carried my tv out for me!!

I purchased a neTgear internet device there was some connection issues and i exchanged it for another net gear device i had no problems exchanging it was fast and easy. I also purchased a tv it works great.

This purchase was fast and the sales person was very helpful with telling my wife what we were buying and what add-ons if we need any.Good sales person to talk too.But that is what I have become use too at BestBuy

Needed a new T.V. This was recommended by my daughter she loved the first one and purchased a second one. She uses hers for streaming and I have cable.

Great tv, especially like the capability of having the local antenna channels and other internet tv channels in one tv guide with the option of putting favorite channels into a single group.

Grandson loves his TV but the remote eats batteries like crazy sometimes replacing twice a week with good batteries too

Can’t go wrong with this TV, it’s 4k and has the best tv OS which is Fire TV. Includes airplay as well so don’t need an apple tv. Great value for your money.

Really nice TV and love the options. The screen adjustments are lacking or maybe I have not figured it out yet because the colors are not very vivid.

My Fire TV is an excellent television. It has been one of my favorite televisions of all times. I can’t wait to purchase about three more just like it.

Really enjoy the features of the fire tv. Easy to set up and operate. The picture and sound quality could be better, but it’s good for the price point.
