Excellent features and easy setup. The picture looks great! One thing lacking is apparent compatibility with my Directv satellite receiver and being able to control it with provided equipment in the TV box. Additionally, my Directv remote dos not recognize the Amazon TV - so, I have worked around both by using both remotes from Amazon TV and Directv.

For the price of this tv it’s pretty great. I didn’t have high expectations but it really surprised me. Very good quality and picture. Only thing sad about this tv is just fire stick. It’s not that great, I feel likes it’s very laggy and glitch so I did have to get a google tv stick and it’s much better.

My shopping experience at Best Buy Morse Rd Columbus Ohio was great! I found what I was looking for in product & price mainly due to the expertise & professionalism shown by Scott Park, Consultant. His knowledge of the products and people skills were important and appreciated. I'm enjoying the TV.

Better than the expensive LG that only lasted 2 years. No complaints with this TV so far, and if it stops working I bought a 5 year extended warranty. Buy a good inexpensive TV with a 5 year warranty and it's better than an expensive TV that doesn't last and a 5 year warranty you can't afford.

It is a great TV we have bought with smart plus alexa.

Picture quality is the best I've ever had in a tv. Sound quality is as expected (I'm getting a sound bar to supplement). It's perfect for shows and movies but music is a little less impressive. Just make sure to turn off motion smoothing in the settings, really distracting.

I am disabled, so having Alexa TV is a good choice.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the great picture quality. It’s taken a minute to get use to not having a remote that I can go directly to the channels but otherwise it’s fairly easy to navigate. I like Alexa being able to tell me the weather from across the room.

Having a TV that has everything you need all in one is perfect. No need to tie up a socket on the wall with another device. The picture and quality although not high-end like the main TV in my house is quite good enough for the “Man Cave”.

Excellent deal: good quality TV for a very reasonable price. It provides everything a casual TV viewer (as opposed to gamer) would need from their device. And with 55" screen it is a really good size for a reasonable size room

Got this TV to replace my last one that died. Picture and sound are a lot better than my old TV. . Love the Fire TV setup which makes it easier to access my movies. Works better than the fire stick. Got it on sale for a good price,

Great picture and features, only issue I have is you cannot select a default input. A lot of manufactures are doing this now to force you to view their home page. Kind of frustrating.

I bought this a few days ago and I mounted it in my ManCave. Programming the Amazon TV was easy and within 15 minutes of turning it on it was updated and ready to watch. So far everything is working as it should. The color and sound is very good.

Customer Service and Sales helped me find the TV that would fit in my budget, and i ended up with 5” more screen size and a better quality display for $50 under that budget. Simple to setup. Planning on buying another for a different room.

Really cool to talk directly to the TV and not go through Alexa, so no delay, can change channels and go to specific programs. I recently suffered a vision impairment and it has been extremely easy to use.
