Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a 65” Fire tv on Black Friday in store and they said it would be delivered on the Wednesday..Well 3 calls to customer service and a 30min drive to the store Sanford location and I’m still waiting around for this tv that I can’t cancel because it’s in transit and they’ve moved the delivery date 5 times. Wow what’s going on dinosaur service. Very disappointed with this experience. I don’t write reviews but I would say look at the physical product at store and then order on line with Amazon for a better delivery experience

Here are a few troubleshooting tips for you to try to resolve the issue: 1. Check that your equipment supports the video resolution you're trying to use 2. If the max resolution detected is 4K, but the content you’re streaming is at a lower resolution you will need to make sure you have a streaming service that has a plan for streaming in 4K Ultra HD 3. Check that you have a strong internet connection(no bandwidth issues) 4. Make sure you’re using a high-speed HDMI cable, try to unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in. If these steps don’t achieve more clarity in your picture, you can reach Amazon Customer service 24/7 for assistance. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331.
