When the television worked, it worked well… Don’t ever purchase a warranty to cover your purchase because it won’t cover any of the obvious and normal things that happened but it would cover vandalism or theft; oh and my favorite is a natural disaster (not saying it doesn’t happen). So if there’s a crack in the screen like I have, which is causing the picture not to show, then Best Buy communicated that it can’t be fixed, it can’t be replaced and it’s not covered. Now, I am stuck paying for a 65” Fire TV that doesn’t work. This is how Best Buy does business.

This Tv has amazing picture and sound. very easy to use. I like the voice enabled remote. Also some people mentioned you cannot turn off fire tv’s or remotes. You can, on this tv power buttion is located on bottom of tv underneath screen and you can power off tv using it. For price this is great tv.

Love the color and the sound, good value. The alexa features makes is easier to use.

After 14 years all of the ports on my former 52" Samsung finally gave out. The ports are essential as I was using a FireTV Stick. I'm so happy I replaced the old tv with this amazing 65" (much lighter) Amazon TV with built in Fire TV - no stick required. My Samsung had amazing sound and I'm happy to report so does my new Samsung. Picture is amazing too and and the tv is very easy to operate and adjust settings.

Very solid tv. Works and looks great. I Upgraded from a 2015 Hisense 1080p and this is night and day difference. Only 4 stars because local dimming for the HDR isn't as good as I was expecting and there's more bloom than I like. If 4 1/2 stars were an option would have chosen that. Still fantastic for the price

Really pleased with both the picture and sound quality of this TV. Gaming is really decent on it as well. Alexa integration works smoothly even though the TV is relatively close to my Echo. The "ambient experience" feature includes widgets (weather, stick notes, etc.) and the ability to display artwork when the TV isn't in use, which is a nice touch. Fantastic TV for the price.

Good entry level qled TV. Colors can more vibrant vibrant coming from an led tv with no hdr. Smart hdr picture setting can be a hit or miss at times; sometimes the picture can be more vibrant or at times the picture is washed out. The TV uses then same interface as the 4k stick that I am familiar with. It can play OTA channels with an antenna fine. Wish it could record. Bought it on sale for $250 off MSRP. I think it has a similar value to the TCL 5 series at this price point.

Solid tv. Needs no setting up beyond connecting to the internet. Overall, great picture! Good number of inputs for numerous devices, however, wish the casting was more inclusive. Cannot cast from phone very well. Tv never shows up on mobile devices and other computers. Ended up connecting a chromecast because of the limitations.

This Amazon TV really suits our lifestyle. The picture is fabulous and I really like how it upscales the picture from older things. Last night, we watched a John Wayne movie from 1961 and my husband noted that the picture was so great and looked more 3D that movies from that era tend to look. Easy to get started, just plug and play... added my amazon account and added the blu ray player with HDMI. Done! I watch at night when hubs goes to bed early, so it is a pleasure and a snap to connect blue tooth headphones and listen without disturbing the rest of the house. The price point on this tv is great and it is just really nice. Point to those picking up a tv this large..... you need a truck or trailer as they will not lay it flat and it's too wide for the backseat.

We wanted a television for our basement/lower level and this one is perfect. It is very clear, was easy to set up, and we love it. We added a soundbar and a Roku controller, so we get even more channels. Definitely a great buy for us.

Overall nice purchase. Love the color and clarity.
