One downer is that if you pause it or just leave it on the menu for more than like 5 min it shuts off. There may be a setting but I haven't been able to find it yet

It really couldn't have been beat for the price I got it for at $350 off the normal retail price. The Amazon OS has its flaws but it's easy to use. You don't even need to use the remote with all the voice commands available. Some minor issues are the TV likes to unpause it self after a few minutes no matter what I do. Other than that it's a great TV with awesome image quality. I didn't see the need to spend an extra $1000 to get "OLED" when "QLED" looks great. At some point that tiny boost in image quality is pointless.

Limited apps

This was a cluster from the time I ordered this tv. From them changing the delivery date, to the tv not working once installed, to talking to cust. serv. to return it, to the pick up not happening (15 mins. prior to p/u) because cust. serv. told me it wouldn't be a problem that I couldn't take it off the wall. WRONG! It will be a very cold day before I purchase from this company again. Lesson Learned!!!
