Asked for original fire stick, but was not in stock. Employee that I asked for help said the just handed me the pro remote. And when I said realized it I asked if it was compatible and the guy told me yes. However, it is not pairing up.

I have to alexa controllers connected to my tv in case i misplace one ^_^

There are 2 versions of the pro remotes. The first one has the prime video,Netflix, disney plus and hulu buttons. The second version has prime video, Netflix, direct tv and peacock button which the last 2 i don't really use. The first version was perfect for me. If anything make all the buttons customizable to your needs. But other than that good remote just really irritating.

Very happy with my purchase. The remote is very easy to set up. It works seamlessly with my firestick. The Backlot buttons are great when watching late at night.

This is what I was waiting for! First the backlit buttons, I was so frustrated trying to memorize or braille it at night. And the remote finder!! I spent more time looking in the sheets,under bed, blah blah blah. Such a relief to know it will ony take a minute to find. voice remote must have,so much easier to talk in a title rather than typing and wondering if i spelled it right or??? Highly recommend and the price was so reasonable.

Needed to replace my old remote that kept killing batteries. The backlight should be on all firestick remotes. Didn't know that was a thing for these little remotes until I got this. Easy to pair and enjoying it already. I almost want to replace all the remotes with this one but no need yet lol.

This is one of those things you don’t have to have but makes life a little easier. Works like the 4K Fire Stick controller you already have, but with things that should be there anyway. Dark room; move you and near the controller and the buttons light up. Have favorite apps that are not include on the keypad; you can easily add 2 additional apps as shortcuts to the buttons labeled 1 and 2. I use Sling and I press 1 and Sling starts opening on its main page instead of having to scroll to start the app. It also responds to a find my remote request to Alexa so makes remotes under a cushion easier to locate. At $34.95 it’s a little pricey but make booting up TV faster, offers additional features and allows you to have a backup remote (your original remote) if 2 people need to control sound for example.

Factory reset my tv and so my cheap replacement remote no longer worked. Purchased this replacement remote and worked with the TV just fine. Also you can ask Alexa to find your remote and it will play a noise. I like that it lights up as well because it makes seeing the buttons better in the dark.

This remote Works great and does everything its supposed to do. I have 4 fire sticks in the studio and all of the other remotes stopped working. This one connected right away.

Best fire tv remote ever! No clicking around trying to find your blue tooth set up anymore.. just hit the little nifty button on the right and your good to go. Walks you through it first time after that you just grab your head phones, ear buds, pro's whatever is your choice and they auto connect everytime! Convenient in everyway.. it is very intuitive, helpful remote with a nice face-lift. And a little helpful location feature that comes in handy if not to far.. Make the switch!

Easy to setup works with most models. We needed a new one after we lost ours and it was quick to pick up.

Lost remote needed another one while moving. My TV was set up for Fire TV already came that way. The Fire TV remote worked great!!! It immediately knew the TV I had on its own and everything just works great!!!

We have all our tvs setup with fire sticks. This remote has made it so easy to search for what we want to watch with the voice control. My wife loves the remote locating feature by asking our Alexa to find the remote. Backlit keypad makes it easy to use in the dark or find the remote as it comes on when your near by.

Purchases this remote due to my failing original remote. Setup was quick anf easy. I really like the added subtle backlight of the remote buttons.

I would hope these remotes are included with fire tv devices soon! It just sucks that you buy devices and the manufacturer drains more out of you to get the best remote....... With that said, these are the absolute best remotes for fire tv devices (my case cubes) extra buttons and lighted keys are a must, love the remote and highly recommended for your fire tv device.

It's good and easy to use. I like the programmable buttons.
