Good size to read and to take everywhere you go. Good choice if you want something to download and read at home or when your out.

I bought two of these of both my dad and mother-in-law for Christmas. The both still love their and like the space it provides to download thousands of books all on one device!

Bigger than a phone yet smaller than the iPad which means it travels well in my backpack. Love having a product for just my ebooks and separate from my phone.

I have bought this as Gift for my nephew. He loves it. I have seen little flickering when turning pages. But haven't heard any issues from the person whom I have given this as gift. It was a good buy , I was not able to get same deal so far. Looking to purchase for self.

The project itself is very good, but the price seems too high for what this base Kindle is worth. This device is worth around $60-70, not the $90 that it sells for.

good price. Can see the screen in the sun with sunglasses(couldn't with my old one). No complaints at all. Great size for sticking in my purse. Like everything about it

If you need an a device for reading, this is it. Way more convenient than packing books every where.

Quit using your phone or tablet to read. Just get a Kindle. You will not be dissapointed. The battery life is amazing and you can read for hours without any eye strain or fatigue.

This is basically your standard issue e reader. No fancy bells and whistles here but it is awesome to be able to read all my ebooks without my eyes being assaulted by light. The diffused screen looks almost like paper when you turn the brightness all the way down. Neat!

Love to read books from ereader compared to tablet, less distraction. And kindle is one the best for me

Love using my Kindle. There are more expensive versions available but all I needed was a kindle with back light for night time reading. So far it's been great.

Really good for just reading on the go or before bed. The screen quality might not be phone quality, but you don’t need that to read books. Great battery life

Got this for my wife to replace her old Nook which is no longer supported. It is easy to read and the book choices are almost unlimited. The light is a very good improvement over my old Kindle reader. I will buy one if my old reader ever dies. My wife loves it.

The kindle is easy to handle. It was a little confusing at first, because it has less buttons. But I am enjoying using my new kindle.

I like the size of the Kindle for taking along in my purse to dr. appointments, etc. So many books available to purchase.

The Kindle is a solid e-reader and is incredibly durable. It is also incredibly budget friendly.

We bought this exact same Kindle a few months earlier for a family member who was in COVID-19 "lockdown," to be able to get books (libraries were closed!) and to help pass the time. This was a replacement as the first one would not connect to the internet after about 1 month or so. Best Buy was great about exchanging it. This one works just fine (so far) and has been a life-saver to help our family member keep occupied as there is only so much television to watch, especially since there were no sporting events. Our family member is a senior senior (more than 85 years old) and manages to navigate through the Kindle just fine.

So far this is a great product. Enjoy reading my books. Nice size and not too big to hold. Highly recommend this Kindle. Great product again Amazon.
